Erik has lived in Austin since 1997 and can give you insight into investment opportunities and market trends in the commercial and residential real estate markets. Erik assists clients in identifying commercial office space, negotiating rates and terms, and assembling the right team to deliver a successful transaction. Erik is also part of the land development team for an 830 acre hill country property called Waggener Ranch, located near Canyon Lake, Texas. Through his activities developing a highly restricted community that preserves the integrity of an exotic wildlife ranch, Erik is extremely knowledgeable about not just Austin but the surrounding Texas Hill Country.

Erik received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Emmy moved to Austin in the Spring of 2001. A native New Yorker, she immediately fell in love with the beauty of the Texas Hill Country, its architecture and people.  Emmy is instrumental in assisting our clients with all their residential home needs.  Her areas of expertise include but, are not limited to, luxury home sales and marketing, staging, negotiations and market analysis. She is an expert in both buying and selling and lends invaluable support in all areas of our real estate sales, marketing and operations.  Emmy has a strong background in sales, marketing and business operations. 

Emmy attended Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, and The University of Texas, Austin.
